Safari Under the Stars is Brevard Zoo’s largest annual fundraising gala. Each year, a theme is chosen to support the new and ongoing initiatives. For this event, the theme was Australia. I created custom illustrations inspired by aboriginal art and symbolism, particularly with the the circular shapes that represent “stars.” The illustration and design materials earned me a gold Addy Award from the American Advertising Federation.
